Whether you are a client, an assessment user or you have responded to a promotion, we hold the contact details you have provided either via subscriptions or at an exhibition or event or otherwise on our database.

We have taken all reasonable steps to maintain the security of your information, including by the automatic encryption of personal details such as your name, address and payment details such as credit card numbers using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) software. However, we provide no warranty or guarantee and bear no liability to you in the event that any data transmission over the Internet is not completely secure.

At any time, if your personal information changes, you wish us to stop using your data, either to receive mailings or otherwise, or you have other concerns or questions about any aspect of this policy, please email us with your request at support@peopleclues.com listing your email address, full name and address.
