Psichometrics International Launches New International Markets

Global Assessment Company Conducts Cultural Validation for World’s Largest Job Markets

Roswell, GA - Psichometrics International, LLC (PI), an industry leader in workplace assessments, announces forthcoming enhancements to its award winning assessment tools and delivery systems. Furthering its goal of providing the highest quality, most cost-effective behavioral assessments in the industry, Psichometrics launches new versions of the CLUES® line for India and China.

Psichometrics International is pleased to announce that a new Spanish version of Clues is currently in validation and expected to be launched by November 2005. Also, the company is currently in validation for a Chinese version to be launched in early 2006. The company has recently signed a distribution agreement with a leading provider of HR services to multi-national corporations for the Chinese market. This new partnership recognizes the huge demand for quality assessment tools from multi-nationals seeking to improve the selection, development and training of employees as they expand operations in China.

In addition, Psichometrics International has signed a new distribution agreement with a major US technology corporation that has launched the assessment tools in the rapidly growing Indian job market. This partnership is designed to target and assist the large number of multi-national corporations that are either outsourcing or expanding operations in India. It will also address the needs of the 500 million Indians under the age of 19 who are seeking career direction.
