May 1, 2007 Psichometrics International Completes Verifications Integration, Expands Administaff Distribution Woodstock, GA- May 1, 2007-Psichometrics International LLC (PI), an industry leader in workplace assessments, is pleased to announce enhanced delivery with two strategic partners. Psichometrics International and Administaff have expanded their long-term relationship by adding a hard skills component and allowing for easier client access to the CluesŪ line of assessment tools. The companies have completed an HR-XML integration enabling Administaff to deliver personality, cognitive and skills testing to PEO clients who utilize Administaff's proprietary employer service center. The new delivery mechanism recognizes customer demand for quality assessment tools and increased hiring efficiency that will facilitate placement of the right person in the right job as well as identifying training needs and leadership competencies. Under terms of the deal, the Psichometrics CluesŪ line of assessments will also become available on the HRTools platform, an HR marketplace with over 300,000 unique HR users. Psichometrics International has also completed an integrated delivery mechanism with long-term strategic partner Verifications, Inc., a top provider of high quality background screening services. The new integration allows VI's customers to access the CluesŪ line of assessments from VI's proprietary SafeScreen platform, thereby achieving a full profile of every candidate prior to making hiring decisions. Psichometrics International was pleased to participate in the Verifications, Inc. sponsored Hiring Practices Exchange held in Chicago March 15. The Hiring Practices Exchange, a daylong conference highlighting employment practices and solutions, provided an opportunity for HR professionals to network with their peers, learn employment screening best practices, and discover how innovative products and services can impact their hiring process.
