Psichometrics International Announces Major Enhancements for 2005

Global Assessment Company Upgrades Industry-Leading Testing Platform and Adds Features

Roswell, GA- Psichometrics International LLC (PI), an industry leader in workplace assessments, announces forthcoming enhancements to its award winning assessment tools and delivery systems. Furthering its goal of providing the highest quality, most cost-effective behavioral assessments in the industry, Psichometrics also readies for the launch of a new platform.

Psichometrics International is pleased to announce significant upgrades to its’ current industry-leading testing and technology platform. The new platform will enable web services utilizing an open data exchange standard based on new HR-XML schemas. XML architecture provides the means for any company to transact with PI without having to establish, engineer, and implement disparate interchange mechanisms. The upgrade will significantly reduce implementation time frames and costs for partners and vendors implementing the PI line of assessments within applicant tracking, recruiting or core HR systems. Psichometrics International is on target to launch the new platform early second quarter 2005.

Among the many enhancements, will be the addition of two new capabilities, benchmarking and ranking. The custom benchmarking feature will allow users to set their own benchmark for each job category based upon specific data collected in their account. PI psychologists will be available to assist with the benchmarking feature. The ranking mechanism will enable users to sort candidates based upon their scores and responses to each portion of the assessment process. This feature will make it much easier for recruiters and HR specialists to sort through the hundreds or thousands of applicants for some positions to determine those that fit the behavioral profile necessary for the job.
